Flat Rice Noodle With Beef Bok Choy

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic until scented, stir kwetiau enter. Add the soy sauce, stir well, remove from heat, set aside.
  2. The sauce: heat the oil and saute sweet onion, garlic and ginger until scented. Put in the beef, stir-fry until it changes color.
  3. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and stir well. Enter the bok choy and stir well.
  4. Add water, cook until boiling. Put in a solution of starch, stir quickly until thickened, remove from heat. Pour over kwetiau that has been in place on a serving plate and serve.
